Through my professional executive nature-connected coaching and guiding, I guide clients through transitions, transformations, and growth using evidenced-based, natured connected practices and principles.

Today, I am also the Chief Operating Officer and founding partner in a fast-growing marketing and communications agency. We help some of the world's most successful and innovative global companies and brands tell compelling stories to grow their reach and influence. Before co-founding my current agency, I led global brand and reputation research and strategy at Google. I now live near Park City, Utah, with my partner, Molly, and our dog Brady.

In my career as a brand and communications strategist, researcher, and marketing agency executive, I ask deep questions on behalf of organizations and companies to help them better define and communicate their purpose, products, policies, and more. I seek to uncover deep, transformational insights that lead in a new, more effective direction.

I bring these skills — and my ongoing nature connected coaching and International Coaching Federation coaching training & certifications — to my work with clients as they seek to uncover their own guiding purpose and values.

As part of my coaching certification journey, I have completed over 315 hours of ICF-accredited coaching training through the Earth Based Institute. As a certified Nature Connected Coach I am now working towards the completion of my ICF PCC certification.
